Overview:

The Modern Brides is a wedding content creation business that delivers professionally shot, on the day social media content to brides within 24 hours of their wedding. Founded by Kristine, the business quickly gained global attention and grew at pace. However, that growth created pressure behind the scenes, exposing bottlenecks across operations, marketing and sales. Kristine approached us to help refine her business model, improve efficiency and set a new standard for growth.

Objective:

Our objective was to identify the constraints within the business and unlock its next phase of growth. We ran an intensive, single day sprint in Sydney with Kristine to map out the business in detail, audit current systems and locate the pressure points. From there, we developed and implemented solutions across core areas, including operational workflows, automated systems, performance marketing, sales scripting and packaging. The aim was to help Kristine grow the business without burning out, and establish a structure that could scale with demand.

Challenges:

1. Operational Bottlenecks:

The business had outgrown its systems, with a lack of automation and infrastructure limiting day to day efficiency.

2. Sales Complexity:

Without a structured approach to pricing, offers or conversion, closing deals was inconsistent and heavily reliant on Christine’s personal involvement.

3. Marketing Structure:

While demand was high, there was no clear marketing strategy in place to drive consistent traffic, leads or visibility across platforms.

Kristine gained clarity across all core areas of the business, with improved systems enabling her to reduce manual work and scale delivery. With the new packaging and pricing model in place, she was able to charge more, close faster and create stronger client experiences.
