Overview:
Scale Systems is a startup specialising in building operational infrastructure for service based businesses. Whilst the team were successfully delivering client work, they lacked a long term strategy and structured business model. To address this, we conducted a four day sprint in the Blue Mountains, Australia. This was a 96 hour intensive, distraction free workshop designed to overhaul the teams current approach. By deeply analysing every aspect of the business, we aimed to provide clarity, structure, and a long term roadmap for their growth and market positioning.
Objective:
Our goal was to gain a deep, strategic understanding of Scale Systems and define a clear path for sustainable growth. Over the four day sprint, we conducted an end to end review, analysing every component of their business, including strategy, branding, marketing, sales, accounts, fulfilment, finance, and legal structures. Using a top down approach, we redefined the teams market positioning, competitive strategy, and revenue model while also assessing operational efficiency. The sprint featured intensive training, presentations, and hands on exercises covering sales scripts, branding, social media content and customer acquisition. The goal was to 10x the business, ensuring the team left with sprint with the foundation to scale effectively.

We provided hands on sales training, including real world sales calls where we helped the team pitch at 3x their previous pricing, dramatically increasing revenue potential. Additionally, the team refined their sales scripts, brand messaging, and customer acquisition strategy, ensuring a clear roadmap for scaling out of the startup phase.
